Standard Fee £42 per person.
If the marriage needs to be referred to the home office for approval a higher fee of £57 per person will be payable.
A fee of up to £83 will apply to consider divorce documents if you have previously been married and divorced in another country. This payment, when necessary, will be collected at the appointment.
If an appointment has to be rearranged due to failure to attend or failure to provide sufficient documentary evidence, an appointment fee of £10 per person will be payable.
