Civil Partnership formation
A civil partnership is formed by both parties signing the legal declaration. You have the choice to -
- recite the words printed within the legal document
- acknowledge that you have heard the registrar say the words, meaning neither of you have to say anything
You can form your civil partnership in any of the register office's, in our ceremony room at the Guildhall or at one of our approved venues.
